Welcome to Trash Pandas Junk Removal. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://trashpandasjunkremoval.ca and our junk removal services in Vancouver, British Columbia and surrounding areas.

By using our Services or accessing our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Trash Pandas Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and responsible disposal. Service availability may vary based on location, load type, and local regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any job based on safety concerns or restricted items.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email. Cancellations are subject to the following fee structure:

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice: 100% of the total service cost

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service cost

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: 25% of the total service cost

No fees apply if cancellations are made more than 72 hours in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on volume, weight, material type, labor requirements, and disposal needs. A final quote will be provided on-site before removal begins.

Additional charges apply for:

  • Hazardous material handling and disposal

  • Walkway or access path clearing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, e-transfer].

4. Hazardous Materials

We accept hazardous materials such as chemicals, paints, and batteries under the following conditions:

  • Advance notice is required

  • An additional hazardous materials handling fee applies

  • Items must be clearly labeled and disclosed before pickup

We comply with all local, provincial, and federal regulations when transporting and disposing of hazardous waste.

5. Access and Walkway Clearance

We offer additional services for clearing paths, driveways, or walkways obstructed by debris, snow, or vegetation. These services are subject to:

  • Additional labor charges quoted at the time of service

  • Feasibility assessment on-site

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible areas that were not disclosed during booking.

6. Damage and Liability

While we take every precaution, Trash Pandas Junk Removal is not liable for:

  • Items not clearly marked as fragile or valuable

  • Damage caused by unsafe or cluttered environments

  • Pre-existing property damage

Customers are responsible for ensuring access areas are safe and free of pets or hazards.

7. Website Use

All content on trashpandasjunkremoval.ca is owned by Trash Pandas Junk Removal. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute site content without written permission.

Use of the website for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
